I did it!  One year ago on November 7, 2006 I got my New Hampshire real estate license.  At that time I made a very short business plan with about 10 small items that I wanted to accomplish in first year of business.  One of these items was to become a designated Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI).  One year later on November 6, 2007 (the day before my first birthday in real estate) I accomplished my goal and it feels great!

Ok, I know...enough about me. What does that mean for you the consumer?  Lots!

First, it means I set my goals and I don't give up until I SCORE!!  I know, that is still about me, but if you think about it, it is actually about YOU!  I will help guide you until your real estate goals are met!

Buying or selling real estate is one of the biggest decisions that you will ever make.  When the time is right for you, it is important that you hire a REALTOR (-> me) who is competent and knowledgeable about the market, and about the overall real estate process!  The education I received over the course of this past year was priceless. The GRI curriculum is made up of 8 modules and a minimum of 90 hours of coursework and included specific information and issues important in New Hampshire. We covered such topics as laws and procedures, investing in real estate, the sales process, technology, REALTOR ethics, and marketing.

The GRI designation gives me the tools I need to offer you superior service and professionalism.  My learning will not stop here.  I have committed myself to a career of ongoing education so that I will always be on top of this ever changing industry.  Please call or email me today with any of your real estate questions or needs, I would be glad to help you!

Kim -  I happy that you have made it this far. From chatting with you, its sounds like you on your way to becoming a great real estate agent. It is too bad that you didn't begin your career in 2003 when things were hot. If you can make it through this drought of business, you should be able to survive any real estate roller coaster.

GREAT JOB!!

That's one thing after being in the business for almost 10 years that I cannot believe that I have never done is gotten a few more designations......every year I say that I am going to take one a year and never do.......

Congrats and maybe I will get off my butt and get a few myself.
