Hidden Ponds is a gated community located in Smithtown Long Island that recent clients of ours have been asking us about.

Built in 1988, you can reach Hidden Ponds by Route 347, between Mt. Pleasant RoadHidden Ponds In Smithtown Long Island and Terry Road. Hidden Ponds in Smithtown is run by a homeowners association and offers amenities such as a coded gate entry, pools, tennis, gym, clubhouse and play area.

Hidden Ponds is situated within the Smithtown School District #1.  

The units at Hidden Ponds are all attached. There are some ranch floor plans, and also 2 story duplex units at this pet friendly community. Some of the units have a one car garage and there is central air conditioning and electric heat. Also, some units have a view of one of the lovely ponds within the community. Hidden Ponds at Smithtown is situated in Suffolk County New York.    

Hidden Ponds At Smithtown Long Island is surrounded by Hidden Ponds Circle, Pond View Lane, North Lane, W Pond Ct,and S Pond Lane. Guest parking is located throughout the complex. There is maintenance free-living at Hidden Ponds with the lawns maintained and snow is removed. Monthly common charge fees take care of these services, plus maintaining clubhouse, pool and common areas. According to public records and the multiple listing service, there were sales at Hidden Ponds in Smithtown for 2011 from $315,000 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $400,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Sales may be subject to terms and conditions of an offering plan.
