As of November 16, 2007 there were 1157 active residential listings in Ormond Beach. Here's the breakdown for each type of listing...

For the month of October, there were 52 residential sales recorded in our MLS for the city of Ormond Beach. The breakdown is as follows...

• Houses 32
• Condos 7
• Single Family Attached 11
• Manufactured Homes 2

What's really interesting about this particular report is the fact that the sales in October of this year were higher than the last 2 years. Taking into consideration that we have 2.3 years of inventory in the Daytona Beach Area MLS, and that the entire country is experiencing an extreme decline in real estate sales, this is pretty amazing.
