I was looking at the withdrawn listings yesterday and came across a home listing in Chesapeake, VA. This home was approx 2000 sqft with 4 bed, 2 bath on 5 acres. I noticed the price was 314,000 which immediatly caught my eye. After looking more into the home and talking with homeowner via phone I found the property's list price was about 30,000 below what it should be.
The reason I am bloging this is because there are many different avenues to approach potiential clients. I never feel like I am bugging someone if I can save them that kinda of money.
