My laundry list isn't really about laundry this week. As usual, it's Door County properties. I have a lot of paperwork going back and forth and I have to be 100% for the month of February. With two girls and a dog and a full-time career that doesn't generate a regular paycheck, this is always a challenge! Yesterday, I got a price reduction which I really wanted on some vacant land. An accepted Offer in Baileys Harbor. Two other Offers going out this week. A Counter coming in. I missed our annual Gala for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group (which is a fantastic party held in the Fox Valley), but being in the office yesterday allowed me to meet a potential new client up for the day and his charming daughter. And I have two showings booked for this week already--not bad for the dead of winter. It's easy to get sidetracked by the nonsense of everyday life---an unethical agent, a difficult transaction, family issues or simply a bad day. I read a great post the other day about practicing my craft, and that's my focus for February---my 20-20-20 plan remains in action!
This being said--I really need to do some laundry today. Enjoy the Pro Bowl; make it a great week!
