There are so many condos out here in the Tri-Cities.  Many agents just don't want to mess with them.  They are a lot of work and you really do need to know how to work them.  Only half a dozen condo developments in this area are approved for FHA financing.  That in itself makes condos a challenge.  Are you up for the challenge?  Only you know.  I find it a market that is untapped.  I have started a "condo corner" on my website to help the home buyer make educated decisions about condo shopping. Cindy great idea to have a condo corner.  I talked with an agent who lives and works in the same neighborhood I do. He said he wouldn't touch a condo sale as they were to much trouble..  Hmmm since I've done 40 in the last 3 years in the neighborhood I guess I have to say "thank-you" for letting me have all the business :-)
