Agents and Brokers Must Renew Their Licences by March 31, 2012
Mortgage agents and brokers must renew their licences under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Adminstrators Act, 2006, between February 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012 using the online Licensing Link at www.fsco.ca.
If you do not renew your licence, you will not be authorized to deal or trade in mortgages.
Although the final renewal date is on Saturday, March 31, 2012, the law does NOT provide any time extension to Monday, April 2, 2012 to renew licences.
