With the market being slow I have noticed that the investment properties are being listed more and more. Our rates have been steadily been dropping since last month and everyone is still complaining about the slow market. I'm not sure if Christmas is a factor or not but I am definitely looking forward to Jan. I personally have some investment properties in Ocean Isle Beach, Leland and New Hanover County if anyone is interested.

Residential has slowed but from our market reports the prices have not fallen. Commercial has slowed a bit due to our sewer issues that will hopefully be cleared up by Spring time 2008.
