I read the news everyday and I can't believe how often the same articles are being written. "Forclosures Are Up", "Housing Starts Are Down", "Housing Prices On The Decline"...you know what I'm talking about. But maybe I am crazy when I see the positive in everything.
I had my sales manager run our '07 transaction numbers and compared them to '06...we went UP 76% this year. Now granted '06 was a disaster...but with all of the negative press in '07 you would think things didn't change for the better...but a 76% increase is not just a bit better...it's amazingly better.
I just want all of those newspaper writers to take notice and report what is really happening...some people are having a decent time...it isn't all bad. I dare the papers to print the good news for a change!
