Mountlake Terrace, Wa Park and Ride to close temporarily during renovation starting December 15^th! 

Thinking about buying a house in this Seattle suburb? 

There are amazing things happening with the Mountlake Terrace Park in Ride..Construction will begin on a new four story five level parking facility in the lower level of the current Park N Ride.  The upper lot will also be renovated to add additional parking as well.  The result will be a capacity for 890 cars which is about double of what the two lots together can take currently. 

The parking structure is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2009 and then shortly after that even bigger improvements will happen.  Construction will then take place to complete a state of the art transit island in the median of I-5 with a bridge across to the parking structure.  The entire project is going to have a phenomenal effect on the quality of commuting from the Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, and Brier, Wa areas and residents should take notice!

With this kind of infrastructure going in to a community, you want to invest in the surrounding real estate!  Make the investment now  before people catch on!  Mountlake Terrace has a comprehensive plan which is pretty phenomenal in coming years and the days of it being overlooked as an attractive investment in real estate are coming to an end.
