Alameda Income Property - Market Report 2011

 

Alameda Income Property During 2011 remained pretty steady at about 20 to 25 properties on the market.  There was a slight rise in January 2011 to nearly 35 properties for sale.

Pending Alameda Income Properties peaked to 7 pending properties in September 2011 and ended the year with 4 properties pending at the end of the year.

Alameda Income Property Sales are all over the place, from 3 properties sold in January, 2011 down to 1 property in the months of April and August, 2011.  November was a good month for income properties sales with 7 closing that month.

Currently there are 12 income properties on the market.  3 have been on the market for over a year, 3 on the market for over 6 months.  This might be a good time for a serious investor to make an offer on an income property.  The owner may be ready to sell their property.

Great market report Evelyn, and it's easy to follow and understand.  Alameda looks like a great place to live.  A lot of charming homes.  It's hard to recognize that it's really an island in the middle of the bay area.
