But in some markets, you can snag homes for under $100,000.

- Springfield, Ill.: $122,700
- Lakeland-Winter Haven, Fla.: $128,000
- Cleveland-Lorain-Elyria, Ohio: $129,900
- Akron, Oio: $129,000
- Ocala, Fla: $129,000
