The Incline Village real estate market brings us just a smattering of activity in the past five days with only two new listings, a handful of price changes, 4 properties closing escrow and three properties going into escrow. #127 Third Creek is back on the market. The current owner purchased the property in January 2011 and I'm still trying to determine why they are putting it up for sale so soon. This is one of those rare locations in the complex where you actually get a peek of Lake Tahoe. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, partially remodeled, asking price of $615,000.

I just listed #2 McCloud which has an extremely rare floor plan. Only seven of the 256 condos in the complex have this unique and highly desirable layout. Oversized deck that is nearly twice the size of a normal deck in McCloud, nice size mudroom, 15 foot floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Potential to remodel like #66 McCloud and give yourself a full-size laundry room, double vanity in the master bath, and reconfigured closet space.
