Some short sales makes us completely disregard our diets so it is nice when our sellers sends us delicious snacks.
This awesome gift basket was sent to us by our wonderful Sellers whose short sale was just closed in Plantation, FL. They were most cooperative and a pleasure to work with and we thank them so much!
Wow, that is really cool. Many short sale sellers are just so down and depressed about having to give their home away, so it's nice to see one that is appreciative of your efforts.

It is particulary heartening that it was a short sale seller... they can be so wrapped up in their personal situation that sending a thanks (of this quality) to their listing agent escapes their mind.

Patty, This brings a big smile to my face. I’ve been on the receiving end of such gifts for very grateful sellers. It seems that cannot do enough to thank us. If they only knew their thanks, gratitude and appreciation is a perfect gift. This looks like one very nice basket … well deserved.
AJ so true.. short sale sellers are often faced with so many challenges. I am so happy to have been able to help my sellers to their full satisfaction.
Steve - the basket itself is the only thing left of this beautiful arrangement... we really enjoyed this gift.
Jane - that cannot possibly be true.. maybe LA sellers are too busy calling their managers, booking agents, stylist, personal trainer, chef, dietitian and makeup artist to remember to send a gift to their wonderful agent.
Kristin - my sellers become my friends for life... after all the ups and downs of a short sale you build a bond - I really like that about short sales.
