Nick, great that the agents grew their business by 30% and I am sure that is because of all the support you give the agents to help their business grow.
Rebecca-thanks, but it is a group effort...we have really great agents that share a vision of raising the bar for the real estate industry...changing perception of the real estate world and home buying or selling experience one client at a time.

Nick last year was a good year for your Brokerage, especially doubling the number of Realtors. At a time where Realtors are getting out of the business, and Brokerages down sizing, you guys are growing.
Karen-we are quite busy...a little overwhelming at times.
Ellen-I think it's a great idea...a little surprised you haven't done that yet.
Endre-thanks, the growth has been a little surprising even to us...we're all willing to help each other, however, because we are so busy sometime is't all we can do to keep up with what's going on in our own little corner of the world.
George-the growth was in part due to web presence, the vision of our Broker, and really great agents who put the clients first. I think it was Dale Carnegie who said (forgive me if I butcher it)....."If you help others get what they want then you'll get what you want"...or something like that....I think you get my point.
