Story Rock Albuquerque NM 87120 (Market Report)

Story Rock Neighborhood Sign Albuquerque

The Story Rock Albuquerque community  is appropriately named because it's litterally across the road from the Petroglyph National Monument. The Story Rock community in Albuquerque NM  is relatively small in comparison to other huge planned communities that are nearby.  Story Rock holds about 150 total homes creating a very tight knit neighborhood.  The location is excellent for it’s Albuquerque west-side location.  These two factors alone keep the turnover rate low for Story Rock.

I like this more personal approach to the market report. It's not all charts and percentages. Feels more like a discussion over coffee. Very nice!!

I think market reports that explain what the numbers mean are so much more valuable to both buyers and sellers. Yours is over the top and a great introduction to Story Rock!

Once upon a time, everyone comfy, good. There was a neighborhood in a far away land called Storybook. I mean Story Rock. No no it's is no fairy tale, fictional spot and really exists. And everyone knew that John the NM REALTOR was the nice young man to call as the Johnny on the spot to list or sell property in this exclusive surroundings. Yes Jimmy, it is a tight knit community but John knows the way in if you are qualified. Now get a drink. Quick like a bunny. Brush your teeth, say your prayers and head to bed. Waiting for the sand man to arrive while dreaming of StoryRook is what all the good little boys and girls did, sighing some day. The End.

Story Rock is a very affordable community.  It is also a great time to take advantage of the record low mortgage interest rates.

Have an outstanding week!

Always have your camera in hand to capture those special moments as you are out and about in your community and your travels.

Mornin Joni, I was hoping it would be a bit more intuitive and inviting to actually read..and click through links.

Hi David,  I have not got a handle on graphs either.  Another project for another day.

Hi Toni, The reason the name Story Rock is because it is next door to the National Petroglyph Monument..I will be adding those links today..Thanks for that reminder.

Hi Dorie,  Thank you for your compliments, I just started doing these community and market reports and was hoping it stood out or offered something other did not. Obviously not charts n graphs.  Glad you can use the idea and glad you like my new header/wrapper look. Clean and Easy.

Hey Jerry,  Story Rock really is a great neighborhood, hey I live in it.  That says something right..:>)

Hi L&S,  Thanks for dropping by. It good to express the good points on any neighborhood.  Its a great little community!

Thanks Keith,  Low turnover and holding values better than other neighborhoods very nearby.

Hi A&P, I thought the personal approach might be a little more interesting to read.  Thanks for pointing folks in my direction.

Hi Jared,  Its always good to see you and appreciate your suggestion to call me.  I promise to take good care of all my clients.

Hi Emily,  Thanks for dropping my this morning.  I hope your business is doing well in our sister and capital city.  Love talking up and educating about neighborhoods.  Thats what we do.

Hello Andrew,  Now that is quite the tale of Storybrook or Storyrock Albuquerque.  The good REALTOR®  John McCormack knows all the best spots to call home in quiet little village of Storyrock.  LOL, You are just too fun!  Not ready for the Story to END!

Hi Roy,  Amen brother. Story Rock is an excellent and affordable neighborhood with and ideal location. Just had a buyer lock at 3.87% now that folks is amazing rate.  Did you notice the price drop from last year.  Timing could not be better.  Call me and lets find you a house.

John: Great report on Story Rock. I really like your consumer centric style. Your narrative conveys the information in a way that's easy to get. I was curious so off to Google I went to take a look around. I enjoyed a nice Google Streetview look around the neighborhood. I agree, a very nice setting and a tight little neighborhood. I like it.
