We had a very good converstation about "missed equity", and how it related to our present clients.  Travis also opened my mind to a quality product, "Disability Insurance", which he sells through Notherwestern Mutual Financial.

This disability insurance is available for self employed or W-2 workers, and from what he said, it didn't seem as difficult to qualify for as I had previously thought.  Futhermore, he had a number of strategies that work well with my mortgage planning strategies.

I just sent Travis a welcome email into ActiveRain, and I hope when he does join that everyone can give him a hardy welcome.
