Hello....my fellow ActiveRainers, this is Broker Brya.....Oops! I forgot I was wearing my timeshare broker hat today. Let me try that again. Hello.....my fellow ActiveRainers, this is Broker "Mickey" Tutas. broker for Garden Views Realty, Inc.

Gardens Views Realty celebrated our first month in business yesterday. Our business......is helping folks buy and sell Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Resales. That's right folks, we are selling a piece of the Magic.

My Mom, Jaki and my brother Kinn, have been doing this for many years, working for others, and have just recently decided to open Garden Views Realty "Your Home for DVC Resales". Our first 30 days were very successful and we were able to assist about 10 families with their little piece of the Magic. We are off and running.

Disney Vacation Club is a very unique "timeshare" product. Disney Vacation Club has 7 resorts in locations including Orlando FL, Vero Beach FL(The treasure coast) and Hilton Head Island SC.

Congratulations on your first month. The website is easy to navigate and explains the program for buyers and sellers easily and simply. Way to go and continued success!

Cris, Kinn put together the website. I think he did an awesome job! It's actually a point2agent web site. They are not really geared towards timeshare sales so he had to do a lot of work to make it work.

Hello Renee!! My mom can sell ice to an Eskimo. Together, she and Kinn make an excellent team. I bet you guys have a lot of timehares in Vegas.
