Here is a shot of a typical small bathroom in a moderately priced home in Cedar Park, Texas. The only major thing wrong with this bathroom is the outdated hollywood light fixture. These are a definate no no when putting your home on the market.
By changing out the light fixture, adding a fresh coat of paint in a neutral blue and a few accessories this small half bath went from ho-hum to clean, fresh and wow.
Chris --- very effective use of showing a nice yet ho-hum powder room transformed to va-va-voom with color and the right accessories.

Michael - I couldn't agree more. If you want to sell quickly and for top dollar in a down market the house has to be more than nice. It must stand out.
Tammy - I am a blue person as well. I have to be careful not to put it in everyones house, lol.

You also closed the toilet lid, one of the biggest things is getting people to close their toilet lids when listing and especially in photos; it looks neater and no one wants to see if you cleaned it properly or not....the blue is a great color as well especially the name, very appropriate for the room....
