  • Fourteen properties have been sold in the Sparkman Club over the last six months.
  • Average sales price was $230,000.
  • Minimum sold price was $145,000.
  • Maximum sold price was $320,000.
  • Average sold price per square foot was $110.59, with a range from $51.44 per square foot to $155.54 per square foot.

This northwest Dallas neighborhood is convenient to I35, the Dallas North Tollway, LBJ Freeway, the DART Station, Southwestern Medical Center, public and private schools and shopping!

This brings back memories of where I used to work (it may have been called the Lincoln Center). But I don't remember the Sparkman Club. Is that new? As Praful said, it may help to have a picture of the building(s) or neighborhood.

Yes, great numbers, market is moving. Prices are little by little go up.
