On Friday, January 27, 2012, my clients Steve and June, settled on 346 Rumford Drive. We closed and my clients were quite pleased. Over the course of the transaction they became friends with the seller. I know this has the possibility of being fraught with great challenges, but in this case it helped create a closed transaction.

I had been working with Steve and June for over a year. Staying in contact was crucial because our original contract expired. I helped my clients learn about real estate auctions and in the process they were devastated to be the second to last bidder. However, this allowed them to buy this great Lancaster Home for sale at 346 Rumford Drive, Lititz, PA.

Praful, thanks and it was quite satisfying to get this deal done. It was a great reminder to me on how difficult this is for folks. My people were overcome by emotion at the end of settlement and it was neat to realize I was part of that.
