I try to be a good girl and keep my claws in. When I hiss at someone it's generally on behalf of another person done wrong. That being said, I'll make a point to do "something" about it in a better way. There's always a nice way to state your case. Thanks for the gentle reminder to do so.

Well said, Cal! AR is definitely the best on-line community for real estate. Members have been very civil and respectful on here and that breeds more good-will.
Excellent post on the power of the community. I would love to see that power exercised by the removal of long inactive members that are no longer in real estate or related businesses.
