I'm just getting this up and going, but for those of you who haven't heard about this service!  I think it will be awesome & something that is "cutting edge" for our industry.

A prospective buyer drives up to one of your listings and reads the sign that says: "For FREE Info on this home, text "11" to "REALTY" or (732589).  First, they will receive an instant text message to their phone of the proeprty information, price, SF, beds, baths, etc. (whatever you put in), simultaneously, you as the agent, will receive a text message with their cell # to follow up with.  All at the same time, the system logs any entries of inquiries for each property with the prospective buyer's cell phone number.  Any time you have a price reduction or want to send further information, you can send a group text to anyone who previously inquired about that property!

Wow!  The cost? it's only $ .10 / text.  keep in mind, there are 3 texts for every inquiry, so it's $.30 each time someone checks out the system.  Pretty cheap lead, I'd say!

So, I have my signs being printed now & am awaiting the response & fun this will bring to my listings....What a great listign tool!
