Absorption rates tell us the supply of homes on the market.

Example: if xyz = 33 then there is a 33 month supply of homes |

on the market for that area. |

Absorption rates can be broke down to meet any criteria, price, |
|
|
|
number of bedrooms and immediate nieghborhoods. |
|
|
