I am curious how people are handling these upside down situations that people are finding themselves in?  I have seen many homeowners that purchased their homes in 2005 with 100% ARM financing and rolling seller help into and now cannot refinance.  So many appraisals come my way and there is no way to help them.  Any comments from other people experiencing this?
