Twenty single-family homes were sold in Chino during October, with a median price of $457,000, according to DQ News, which charts changes in the sales price of single-family homes and condominiums. The company said the median price declined 13 percent from October. 2006. Five Chino condos were sold in October, DQ News said, with a median price of $360,000, a 2.7 percent drop from October 2006.

In Chino, 14 new listings were added in the week ending Nov. 18, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, which said a total of 469 homes were offered for sale on Nov. 18, including 305 single-family homes with no monthly fees and 164 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in associations. Fifty-two homes were reportedly in escrow on Nov. 18, according to the MLS.
