Twenty-four single-family homes were sold in San Dimas during October, with a median price of $513,000, according to DQ News, which charts changes in the sales price of single-family homes and condominiums. The company said the median price declined 18.3 percent from October. 2006. Two San Dimas condos were sold in October, DQ News said, with a median price of $380,000.

In San Dimas, 10 new listings were added in the week ending Nov. 18, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service, which said a total of 154 homes were offered for sale on Nov. 18, including 81 single-family homes with no monthly fees and 73 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in associations. Fifteen homes were reportedly in escrow on Nov. 18, according to the MLS.
