Beautiful and so very different from the southwester style homes in Albuquerque.
Is that one of your current listings? Very nice! Best wishes for a quick sale.
Now that's a beautiful home.... I'll give you a buck three-eighty sight unseen.

Lovely home that looks very well-kept. Love the style of the era. Is it on an historical register?
Since my childhood, there has been something about Victorian homes, which have captured my imagination. I love the fishtale shingles as part of the siding. If that house was mine, I'd paint it a crisp medium-light yellow, with pure white trim!
Awesome house, Phil. The detail work on the bannister is gorgeous. Love that fireplace as well. Good luck with the listing!
It's always nice to see homes that exhibit a true personality. Is it in a neighborhood of like homes?
Philip, this is the quintessential totally charming old house! Cool listing.
Sure looks real pretty. From the angle you took this photo, it looks really very majestic.
Oh, it is my listing alright- click on the photo- it is a link to the full listing.
That is a gorgeous home Joe and gee, only $900/month in property taxes? A deal! (he coughs...)
That is a lot of square footage of roof draining into a small gutter over that side porch. That's what is causing those concrete stairs to settle. They should extend the downspout. ;>)
But still, a gorgeous home! I grew up in a beautiful Victorian in Chevy Chase in DC, built by my grandmother in 1911.
While I love my Victorian home, maintaining it on the other hand, really sucks...it has lost it's "labor of love" luster...
That looks like quite the paint job on that house, lots of meticulous detail, very nice.
I just love the detail in homes of this era and often photograph them myself. This is a beautiful one and a great shot of it! Well done.
