Located at the end of Oronoke Road in Waterbury CT is the Taft Point Condominium complex. The units in this association are much sought after as they are a perfect size for young professionals looking for their first home and not wanting to have the responsibilities of maintenance.

The condos at Taft Pointe are predominately townhome style units, most with garages. There are a small number of 1 bedroom efficiency units, but the original units are 2 bedroom town house condos, with large master bedrooms and walk in closets.

Ed, Taft Point condos look like a great place - well maintained and well priced.  Do the newer units also have wood burning fireplaces?  I've read so much about the newer homes going to gas.

Hi Al & Peggy, thanks, These are nice units and they don't come on the market very often

George, it's more than just the garage, it's the big storage are a that is located on the lower level as well. I have seen some people use them as additional bedrooms as it is also heated.

Juli, a few of the newer units have gas fireplaces, as it's already set up with the heating system.

Joan, the units that are on the market do not last long.
