One of the top questions we heard at the NAR conference and Expo was "How do I syndicate / post my listings into the GLS?"

I'm posting that information here in Active|Rain so it is available to everyone. Additionally, if you have a Local Sales Consultant in your area they can personally assist you with getting your listings posted, advertising your agents, offices, and services - all FREE of course with the basic services.

If you aren't sure who your LSC is, do a search for 'GLS' in active rain and find your local person(s) - you can contact them directly from there via phone or email. 

Uploading your listings is simple, there are 4 ways to do this, with Partner upload being the simplest for the Broker.

We currently support over 50 MLS feeds via our partnership with ListHub:

ListHub Directions: NOTE: This is a FREE service to Brokers, but you must follow the directions below.

(This takes about 3 minutes to complete and everything is automated after that:)

Click ‘Create Account’

Step 1: Fill out the information (your contact, company info, URL, etc.)

Step 2: select your MLS from the drop-down list, click NEXT

Step 3: complete your brokerage info (required by IRES / your MLS)

Step 4: Create Username / PW for your access to reports, stats, profile, etc.

Step 5: Accept the User Agreement (authorization to syndicate your listings)

Next, just follow the directions to ‘get started’

Important: At the TOP of the ‘Channels’ Page, you need to enter:

 gomyrealty and click ‘Submit’

From there, MyREALTY.com will show up as a FREE posting option for you. Click on ‘Subscribe’ and your listings will be setup for syndication to the GLS.

You can also push to other Free and/or paid portals via this system, but the ‘gomyrealty’ code gets you Free access to the GLS – the Global Listing Service on MyREALTY.com.

That’s it! It usually takes 3-4 days for your listings to begin coming over to us.
