Seattle Real Estate, new construction, Courtney CooperI sold an amazingly beautiful brand new house this year in Kent, Wa.  The real estate market in Kent is on the move up and some gorgeous new developments are going in.  They have easy access to the freeways and the houses are very special with nice extra touches....

I recently received an email from the builder's agent....the pricing on the final houses is just flabbergasting! In addition, they builder is also offering extremely low financing!!!!  The houses range from the 1800 to 2600 square foot range and from the $317,000 to $430,000 price range.  In addition, many are offered with low 30 yr fixed financing and lender paid closing costs! 

I love finding houses for my buyers when the developer is moving out!  I think it is the very best time to try and get in there and scoop up a deal  - right when the builder is trying just about anything to get it off their books for the year.

Hi Todd!  It hasn't really been slower for me this year, but the inventory is definitely higher!  With the rates low and lots to choose from, I view this all as a very good time to buy!!!
