Newland Communities has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit and Final Site and Building Plan approval for a project called Stonemill Farms 14th Addition. The applicant is requesting to construct 46 twinhome units on 14.45 acres. The property is generally located to the south of Harness Road and east of Settlers Ridge Parkway. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density Residential on the Land Use Plan.
