Brenda, it's good to get the truth out there. I'd love to see some community blogs with stats for market reports. I think people like visual effects.

Cathy & Michele - Thanks for the visit! I think people get caught up in national trends too easily so I like to reel them into the local market. Going forward I intend to drill it down even further for some town-specific reports.  :-)
