There is a lot to recommend Encinitas Ranch, IMO, especially if you want to be near the coast and enjoy golf. And those breezes on teh hill can be pretty nice and keep it from getting too cold. The best produce stand around is right down the street.
Are you taking BLOG REQUESTS? I would love to see a post about the "Boat Houses." Perhaps you are already written it and I just missed it. It would make for a VERY interesting read! ☺
Wow. Perfect timing. As we speak I am working with a client who owns two properties in Encinitas. It's nice to have a bit more perspective on the area since I am not local to it.
Boat houses for real?! If i can grab my MAC person next week (my client before they close on their house!) I will shoot you an email Melissa...I'd love to learn to do that creative video...my second Flip camera just went belly up and i bought a Playtouch...need to try it out...great video again.
