Ann - Thank you for sharing detailed quality information on gohoming.com a real estate auction site.
Be very very careful with GoHoming. We are having issues with them now, both on buying and selling side.
Amanda, I closed one last month and it went very well due to we complied with gohoming's "close in 30 days" by using private money. The multi-family home being purchased as investment was in need of repair, thus a 30 day closing was impossible. Private money was the way to go and the agent ended up with the full 5% commission. Happy closing!
