Thanks to a snarky competitor who was grumbling about bloggers blogging that their brokerage is awesome. Reading his whining made me really realize how awesome Real Living and HER Real Living really are.

Maureen, you know as well as I do that I couldn't do what you do for a living. I don't have the personality for it and I sure wouldn't put myself anywhere near the catagory of competitor.

I will go look up snarky now.

Teresa who snuck in: HER Real Living which was HER REALTORS® is 50 years old. I think Realty One Real Living (which was Realty One in Cleveland) may be a couple of years older or younger...I know it was the fifities too. The franchise offices each have their own history of course. Some are brand spanking new and others are existing companies that buy into the franchise for the technology, etc.
