I posted some photos of newer homes in Ozona from the front, but what you normally never see is what these places look like from the back! And I think it is the back of these homes that makes them so interesting!!! Check out all of the balconies, porches, sundecks!!!! Is that neat or what??? And it is what you would expect to find in a state that is known as the Sunshine State!!!!

This is just one more thing that I like about the new construction. Personally, I would have shrubs for privacy and not those privacy screens, but what do I know???

What is your opinion? Shrubs or screens around the pool for privacy???

 

These trees will grow, but I would have added a few more to have some privacy NOW!!!

Like, you, Barb, I prefer the foliage, but I have found in the sub-tropics we have the bug concern--I think a nice balance between screen-and-bush is the best option!

Barbara-Jo - I just wish more of these trilevels would put in an elevator - or at least provide space for a future owner to install one.

Sharon - That would be an excellent idea - I have been in them- one had the kitchen upstairs on the third level and my only thought was 'who carries the groceries up all those stairs'?!?!?!
