The above photo is of Newland Commuities original Stonemill Farms Information Center. This property was used as the Stonemill Farms Information Center for a number of years during the early phases of Stonemill Farms development until the Durham Executive Group sold it as a single family home for them. This property was the only single family home Newland Communities built and owned in the development. When Newland Community looked to sell the property they hired the Durham Executive Group (John & Becky Durham) to sell it as we are real estate experts in both the Woodbury community, as well as in Stonemill Farms.
