Jared, This condo is going to be one the buyers will love once they step in the door.  The owners have done a phenomenal job with their upgrades.  Most of the competition is vanilla, Plain Jane with typical carpet and laminate counter tops.

Endre, You read it right!  And that price is about norm around here, although for having the granite and hardwood floors and the rest, we had to come down lower than we'd like because of the competition in the neighborhood.
