Having No Snow Does Have Its Advantages

The one thing about not having any snow this winter, is that it sure makes my job a lot easier. When you compare this year with last year, there is a stark difference between the amounts of snow. In the above photo you can see that I was literally stuck in two feet of snow trying to measure a house.

I miss the good ole days when I lived in Wyoming and we seemed to always be stuck in snow.  How did I end up a desert rat :)  Enjoy your snow-less day my friend.

John~"Desert Rat," you crack me up. Some day I might consider the warmer climate, but I'm not quite there yet.

Oh my. There will NEVER be a day when I consider the Cooler climate to LIVE in. I don't mind visiting the north in AUGUST or September, but I would never survive the winters! It was 79 degrees here yesterday and that is a GREAT February in my book! HA! Aren't we glad that God made us all different! :))

This is certainly a crazy winter. Here is CT, we have no snow, 43 degrees yesterday, literally no frost in the ground. Last year, same time, 2 feet of snow.

Joni~A few years ago I was in Hawaii at this time and the temperature was in the low 70's and everyone was running around in sweaters complaining about the cold weather-really! There may come a day when I become a snow bird, but for now I love my winter activities. What I also found interesting about Hawaii is that many of the locals said they were very busy in the summer with people traveling from TX because they wanted to escape the HEAT! LOL

Joe~I think winter is passing many of us over, very hard to believe. But I've succumb to this is the way it's just going to be.

Have an AWESOME day!
