Chris,
Feel free to join my cooking group and post the recipe on there. Sounds great! The AR Cookbook....enter your favorite recipes here for all to enjoy.
Chris,
Looks very good. I wonder what I would need to substitute for high altitude cooking, I live at 9,000 feet.

Chris,
I just had a chuckle to myself. Several years ago my ex-boyfriend moved to the Virgin Islands. I was making home made bread for him and knowing that altitude does affect some recipes, I casually turned to him and said, "Hey honey, do you have any idea how far above sea level we are.?" He pointed out the window and said..."Duh! about 25 feet....I laughed so hard I cried... That was the dumb blond comment for the week...LOLOL
Chris,
Yeah! right!...well, he should have been glad I was cooking, I was on vacation...should have been going out to some of those fabulous restaurants...LOL!
Chris, that pie sounds wonderful. BTW, thanks for joining Rain Bay http://activerain.com/groups/selljunk
