Well it has been an interesting year in Cache Valley and the real estate market. Cache Valley Homes started 2007 with a sellers market, causing homes to sell like hot cakes. But towards the end of the summer, the Logan real estate market quickly switched to a buyers market, which had good timing with the Feds lowering interest rates.
Now is the time to buy, Cache Valley is growing and doesn't seem to be following the trend of the rest of the nation. There are great new develpments throughout the valley including Bear Lake and surrounding areas. With a new ski resort under construction, this area and the house values have nowhere to go but up.
