All sales information is taken from the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
The value of condos seems to have returned to the 2002 levels and the volume of sales overall in 2011 is the highest since 2005 but has not yet returned to the level of earlier years. The outlook for 2012 should be continued stabilization of values as the inventory has been reduced providing more balance to the market.
