It alwasy amazes me what a hot market San Francisco has and the great location. My aunt lives in Sausalito and loves it.

Hi Lottie. The tenant is scheduled to vacate by Monday the 19th, and hopefully we'll have it cleaned and staged sometime that week. I'll keep you posted.
