An article on REALTOR Magazine asks this question. And it discusses three key groups that are potentially being overlooked by REALTORS®. These groups are Single Women, Immigrants, and Hispanics. I know for a fact as a Spanish speaker I would like to include more Hispanics into my marketing. I already advertise in English and Spanish, but I feel I may need to increase the amount of material I use. Single Women, and Immigrants are going to be a tougher challenge for me because I would not know where to start. What kinds of materials would interest and entice them to work with me? I am at a loss when it comes to those groups. If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful if you could give me any ideas on what has worked for you.

Here is a link to the article, please read it and the stats to make sure you are not missing out on making new clients.
