Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) is offering a Risk Reduction Graduate Certification program. The program intends to educate Realtors on reducing disputes and lawsuits. They recommend the class to anyone seeking further education in the real estate industry. For an additional 18 hours of education they're offering a "Conquering
Contracts I, II, III" course on November 28th, December 3rd, and December 5th.
