While raving about The Phoenix at Clarendon Metro, in Arlington, VA, I was hoping that my new first time home buyer was going to be happy here.

I am pleased to say that I have added another ecstatic first time buyer to my list. My new client just ratified her contract on a new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo!! With the closing scheduled for November 20^th, she couldn't be happier about the upcoming holidays...
