Hello everyone,

I'm new to activerain, but not a new Realtor. I've been selling Real Estate for more than 5 years way out here in Hawaii. I've just come back from the NAR Conference in Las Vegas, it was the first conference that I attended. It was a blast! It was great seeing Realtors from all over the country and learning about their markets. The tradeshow was very impressive as I was able to meet people that I've only spoke to on the phone or communicated with through email. Thanks for reading my first blog, and I expect to become an active member here in this online community.

Wow, Hawaii is one of my favorite places. I have visited most of the islands and just love to kick back and rest there. I think you will greatly enjoy this community. Your land ownership is different there. Does that affect your market al lot?

Hi Jordon - I see you have not blogged in a while - you are missing out on a good thing. Thanks for commenting on my post. If you post some more info you will get to meet a lot of great people. Just tell us about yourself, your hobbies, etc. It doesn't have to be about real estate all the time!
