CRS back end web site.

This tool is not new, but I thought I would give it some publicity.

Would you like an official site, where a visitor to your site can click on to find out what CRS is?

Member site example

How about one which is customized for you?

Members should log on to their CRS account, go to My Advantage tag and account information, click on member site wizard to get started.  It only takes 15 minutes and will give you a link from your home page.

Let me know what you think.

Hi Guy,

Interesting post. They are putting more energy into CRS lately haven't they. I went the CCIM route so I cannot say I know too much about CRS. I read your earlier post about the big referral book. it makes me happy that the cream of the crop come out and make sure to be a CRS.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Sincerely

Tom Braatz

Hi Tom,

If you are going to stay in Residential sales, there is no other Designation.  However, if you have chosen to go into commeercial, then the CCIM is absolutely recommended.   I hear it is very tough and very useful.

I never realized there was so much to learn about commercial.  But I have decided to keep focussed on residential.

BTW, just a comment on your AR page.  It is somewhat difficult to read as the lines are so long.  Also it is not very attractive to the eye.  It feels like the font is screaming at me, especially the larger font.  It would also soften it up if you had a few more visuals on it.

Just a few constructive comments.  I hope you take it as such.

I can't believe the groups you have joined.  You must spend all the time online!!

Take care, thanks for visiting the article.

Hi Guy,

Thank you for the post.  It is very useful.  I didn't know such thing exist.  I now have my member site complete.  I even linked it to my AR blog side bar and personal website.  Awesome!

Hi Guy,

Thanks for the help. My activerain web site is too busy, or the www.tombraatz.com ?

I really do appreciate the input.

Thanks again

I'm not really sure what the point of this site might be. It's a so so template site for an agent that doesn't have one. Shouldn't we CRS be a little more ahead of the curve? Please share with me how this might be valuable - I might be missing something.

Geordie,  This is a click through so that if someone is interested in finding out about what CRS is then the info is there and does not have to be recreated.

For example if you click to my site and click on the CRS logo you will see an explaination of CRS.

Now it is a little more detailed than that and could possibly be used as a front end site.   I just link all of the extra features (listings etc.) back to my web site.

Does this clear up your question?

Jane and Catherine,

Glad you found it useful.  I must try to add it to the rain site too!!

Tom, I was looking at your AR page.  The lines are very long and the large letters scream out.  It needs photos too.

You web site is a bit busy in a different way.  There is a lot of stuff.  I think there is too much, but then I am not a consumer and only one opinion.

If you want a lot of response, bolg and ask opinions on AR.
