Ok... so I am contributing to Active Rain daily.

I post to Craigslist now daily as well.

I am actively adding to my own blog on my own site.

I have discovered Backpage.com and post there.

Can anyone share other places for posting or running free ads? Maybe we can all learn from this!

There is a Directory of Real Estate Blogs.   The directory lists blogs in the following categories: real estate agent blogs, home inspection blogs, mortgage blogs, property appraisal blogs and property insurance blogs.  The directory also list blogs by state and internationally. This would seem to be a good source for finding blogs. Another directory is the Top 35 Real Estate Blogs. This is one bloggers list of what he believes are the top real estate blogs.  Hope this helps!

Ed,

I auto post from both vFlyer and Postlets.  They both post to about 15 different sites and give you the HTML code to post the flyers on Craigslist, Back Page, and some others.  Give it a shot, it's worked for me.

Jem,

Thanks for the info. When working with real estate agents, I offer single property websites to them that do relatively the same things. I have seen the vFlyer and Postlets options and they are similar, but from a cost point, the Single Property Websites I can set my agents up on are a fraction of the costs and I post to Craigslist and Backpage for them myself, twice a week.

What I am seeking are more websites like CL and BP that I can post these homes and my services to that will also create back links to my site (and theirs).

Thanks,

Ed

An interesting place to post listing is on CribFinder.  This is the real estate section of Facebook, the social network. First you have to join Facebook and add your profile to it and then to can add CribFinder.  On CribFinder you can buy and sell real estate and list your profile in the real estate agent database.  It's fairly easy to post your listing. Go to the CribFinder site to see how to join.
